Meet Rio!

Rio is a beautiful young Shepherd mix, estimated to be born around May 1, 2025. She currently weighs about 30 pounds and is expected to be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. Rescued from an abandoned home, Rio is resilient, friendly, and has a gentle spirit that makes her a wonderful companion. She is a smart, athletic pup who is eager to please and full of potential. Rio will make a wonderful companion for an active person or family looking for a bright, loving dog to share life's adventures with.

Ideal Home

Rio would love a canine companion to play and explore with, though it's not a requirement. Homes with children 10 years and older are recommended to ensure the best fit.

Training & Support

Rio is doing wonderfully with her house training and is already crate trained. She is a quick learner and is even working on ringing a bell to signal when she needs to go outside. While she can be a bit reserved at first, she is blossoming every day and showing her affectionate and loyal personality.
