Fauna is a sweet and loving XL Bully with an XL heart, weighing in at 53 lbs. She was found wandering near the highway on a cool, rainy morning and was rescued by a kind schoolteacher. Despite her rough start, Fauna has a gentle spirit and greets everyone with warmth and affection, earning her the name Fauna, after the fairy from Sleeping Beauty. She's a big girl who loves to give "passionate" kisses and doesn't realize her size, often trying to curl up on laps. Fauna also enjoys destroying stuffed toys, performing "fluff-ectomy surgeries" with great enthusiasm.

Ideal Home

Fauna is looking for a home with older children who understand not to bother her while she's eating, due to past food insecurity. She may be able to live with a large breed male dog who is tolerant of her playful nature.
