Meet Ranchito Dorito, the Freckled Snack King! He's a charming, 6-year-old, 50-pound pup with a heart of gold and a knack for balancing chill vibes with playful energy. Ranchito is past the puppy stage but still has plenty of happy tail wags and smiles to share. He enjoys a good walk, lounging in the backyard, and then settling in for a cozy nap. He's truly mastered the art of balance!
Ideal Home
Ranchito would do well in a home with a medium or low-energy canine companion, but he's also perfectly content being the one-and-only canine in the household. He's proven to be cat tolerant, curious, calm, and cool around them. He's also a sweetheart with children, showing gentleness and politeness. He would do best with respectful kids who understand personal space.
Ongoing Health
Ranchito is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and has been given flea, tick, and heartworm preventative. He is healthy and ready to go!
Training & Support
Ranchito is a confident and affectionate boy who enjoys a good lean against his favorite people for pets – it's his signature move! He has a big love for snacks and is known to inhale treats quickly. He is already crate trained, potty trained, and leash trained.

- The adoption fee is $900 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship).

Transportation
Ranchito is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA certified transport system. Transport drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pickup available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
