Jack

Jack is an active and silly 2-year-old boy who was found coming up out of a creek in the country. Sadly, his person had dumped him to fend for himself! Luckily for Jack, two volunteers with the shelter found him and kept him overnight before taking him to the shelter. Jack is an energetic boy who plays hard, but when he is ready to cuddle, he will sit in a chair with you and give kisses. He is not handling shelter life well and is harming himself, so he is in desperate need of a foster or adoptive home. His adoption fee is SPONSORED for an approved application!

Ideal Home

Jack loves kids, but they should be old enough to handle his energy. He cannot be around cats or any small animals, as he will stop at nothing to get to them. A family who is home a lot would be best for Jack, as he does not like to be left alone.

No specific health conditions are mentioned, but Jack is in desperate need of a foster or adoptive home as he is harming himself in the shelter environment.

Training & Support

Jack does pretty well in a crate, although he cries a little before he settles down. He didn't make any messes overnight in the crate. He loves to play tug and with squeaky toys.
