Meet JoJo, our elegant tuxedo queen!

Affectionately known as "Baby" by her foster family, JoJo is a special girl searching for her furever person. She was rescued from a city kill shelter where volunteers pleaded for us to save her, and we're so glad they did. While we don't know much about her past, we do know she lived with an elderly woman who was too sick to care for her and ultimately surrendered her to the shelter.

Baby JoJo has made incredible strides in her foster home. She knows all her basic commands: sit, down, stay, and "let's go!" She absolutely loves her walks around the neighborhood and her favorite thing is to cuddle up with her foster dad, showering him with love in return. She's incredibly affectionate and loyal once she feels safe, and will readily show you her gentle soul.

Ideal Home

JoJo needs a patient and experienced adopter who can give her time to warm up to new people. She is looking for an adult-only, quiet home where she can be the sole canine companion, and ideally, one without a lot of visitors. A securely fenced yard would be a dream come true for her to run and play in!

Ongoing Health

JoJo is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations.

Training & Support

JoJo knows all her basic commands and enjoys her walks. She just needs a patient person to continue building her confidence and provide a loving, stable environment.
