April is a delightful 6-year-old Labrador mix, weighing in at about 50 lbs, who has been patiently waiting for her forever home. She's completely housebroken, knows how to use a doggy door, and can be trusted to roam freely when left alone. April is a social butterfly with other animals, currently living harmoniously with dogs and a cat in her foster home. She's a submissive and friendly dog who would truly thrive with a canine companion and would not do well as an only dog. While a little shy at first, April quickly warms up to new people and forms strong bonds. She enjoys car rides, walks well on a leash, and is a perfect lady during vet visits.

Ideal Home

April would love a home with a fenced yard where she can safely explore and play, though she will need supervision when outdoors. She absolutely needs to have another dog in the home to be her friend.
