Denny is a charming 6-month-old brindle boy who knows how to steal hearts. He was found near the interstate, a tough start that thankfully led him to safety and a second chance at life. Now, Denny is ready to find the loving family he truly deserves.
At around 35 pounds, Denny is the perfect medium-sized companion, ideal for both adventures and cozying up at home. He's a big fan of playtime and loves interacting with other dogs. Denny enjoys games of chase, wrestling, and keep-away, especially if a toy is involved! He has a confident personality and can sometimes take the lead in playtime, organizing the fun and ensuring things don't get too rowdy. He shares a special bond with another rescue dog named Dunkin, with whom he plays and sleeps.
What Denny wants most is a family of his own – a couch to call his own, a toy box to explore, and a person who will greet him with excitement every day. He's looking for someone who can offer him patience, guidance, and a whole lot of love, and in return, he promises to give his everything.

Ideal Home
Denny would thrive in a home where he can have plenty of playtime and interaction, ideally with other dogs. He enjoys being part of the fun and can sometimes take the lead in doggy playgroups.
Ongoing Health
All dogs are vet-cleared for transport, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. Breed mix and full-grown size are estimates.
Training & Support
Denny is still young and would benefit from continued guidance and training. He has a confident personality and enjoys being the organizer of playtime.

Transporation
Denny is currently located in South Mississippi. Local and out-of-town adopters are welcome. Virtual meet-and-greets are available. Transport can be arranged to many states in the Northeast, with transports running every 2-3 weeks. Adoption fees include transport to the city mentioned in the listing. Adoptions to Rhode Island are not possible due to import restrictions.
