Rumi Cutie is the epitome of sweetness and joy, a loving girl eager to be everyone's best friend. She melts into your touch and radiates happiness, her heart of gold shining through her gorgeous big brown eyes and sweet, innocent grin. She truly is a sight that will make you smile.

Ideal Home

Rumi would thrive in a home with a backyard for her to stretch her legs and explore, but she also has the potential to do well in an apartment with adequate exercise and socialization. She would do best with a medium-energy male dog who enjoys companionship but isn't overly boisterous. Rumi is also very comfortable around children of all ages and has shown gentle patience with even the youngest ones.

Rumi Cutie is believed to be around 6 years old and weighs 53 lbs. As with any rescue, her exact breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Rumi is a bright and eager learner who loves treats and aims to please. She already knows "sit" and "down" and walks nicely on a leash, only pulling occasionally when she finds an interesting scent. She is house-trained and crate-trained, and responds well to gentle guidance.

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. You can track your pet's journey in real time. Pickup locations for Canadian adopters are in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
