Merlin

Meet Merlin! This sweet Catahoula/Cattle Dog mix, born in April 2025, is a brave survivor who is doing wonderfully in his foster home. Merlin is a true puppy at heart, full of energy and enthusiasm for playtime, especially with his doggy friends and favorite toys. He's already mastered potty-training and is eager to find a home where he can continue to grow and learn. Merlin is very affectionate once he gets to know you and would absolutely love to have another canine companion to share his adventures with.

Ideal Home

Merlin would thrive in a home with other dogs to play with. He can be a bit shy around young children and would do best with older kids aged 15 and up. He also needs a bit of time and a slower introduction when meeting new men.

Ongoing Health

Merlin is a parvo survivor and has fully recovered.

Training & Support

Merlin is described as easily trainable and is already potty-trained. He may need a little extra patience with introductions to new people, especially men.

Transporation

Merlin is located in the Omaha, NE area and all adoptions must be completed in person by the adoptive family. We do not offer shipping or delivery.
