Thankfully, a kind person brought them to safety, and now Mandy is thriving and ready to leave her past behind and find a loving forever family. She adores everyone and has a playful spirit. While her mom is a Dutch Shepherd mix, Mandy is expected to be a medium-sized dog when fully grown.
