Wiley

Hi there! My name is Wiley, and while I share a name with a famous cartoon character, I'm much more laid-back and straightforward than my namesake. I'm believed to be a Puggle mix, around 5 years old, and I'm a sweet and snuggly guy with a nose that's always exploring! I'm looking for a home where I can continue to heal and thrive.

Ideal Home

A home with a fenced-in yard would be ideal for me, as my beagle nose loves to follow interesting scents. I seem to get along well with kids, other dogs, and cats.

Ongoing Health

I'm currently undergoing treatment for a severe skin condition and a cherry eye, likely due to not receiving care previously. The shelter team is working to get my cherry eye surgically removed, and I'll need to be in a foster home until that procedure is complete. I've been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and am up-to-date on heartworm testing.

Training & Support

I'm a pretty easy-going guy, but my foster family will need to help me finish my skin treatment. I'm sure I'll be even more handsome once my fur grows back!
