Meet Rascal, one of 11 adorable puppies who, along with their mama Ruby, were surrendered to us. These little ones are as cute as buttons and are already working on socialization and potty training. They absolutely love to be held! Their mama is an excellent teacher, showing them the ropes of pottying outside, and we're confident these pups will grow into wonderful companions.
