Hot Potato is pure puppy energy in motion! At five months old, he's bold, goofy, and endlessly entertained by absolutely everything around him. Toys, people, shadows, leaves – everything is exciting, and he meets it all with enthusiasm and zero hesitation. He’s the puppy who keeps things lively, turning ordinary moments into something funny just by being himself. Hot Potato greets the world like its his long-lost best friend. He's wiggly, expressive, and full of joy, with no concept of personal space in the most endearing puppy way. After his bursts of play, he’s just as quick to flop over and demand belly rubs. And honestly, once he’s in your arms or at your feet, he settles into complete happiness. There’s a big heart behind all that energy; he isn't just chaotic for the sake of it, he’s social, affectionate, and eager to connect. He wants to be involved, included, and part of the action. Ongoing Health
All vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, is included. He has also been tested for heartworm.
Training & Support
Our on-site trainers assess every animal, modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

Transporation
Hot Potato is located in the Greater Houston area, Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
