Meet Sunny!
Sunny is a charming 9-year-old, 70lb neutered pittie mix with a heart as big as his personality. True to his name, he's a joyful, goofy boy who thrives on human companionship and brings smiles wherever he goes. Sunny has a solid foundation in obedience, knowing commands like sit, down, stay, and place. He's a bright spark, eager to continue learning, especially with his love for treats! He is fully house-trained and crate-trained, settling in nicely for 6-8 hours overnight.
Ideal Home
Sunny would love an active home that enjoys daily walks and playtime, and he's eager to be included in family activities. He walks well on a leash but can get excited by other dogs, sometimes pulling or lunging to say hello. With calm redirection, he refocuses quickly. While he enjoys energetic play with medium to large dogs, he needs slow, proper introductions and ongoing guidance as he can be a bit much for some dogs. He'd do well with a tolerant canine friend or as the sole furry recipient of your affection. Sunny greets new people with enthusiasm and can get a bit mouthy when excited, so he'd do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children (10+) who can help reinforce good manners and respect his boundaries.

Training & Support
Sunny has a professional trainer's foundation and is eager to continue learning. He can get mouthy when excited and may pull on the leash when he sees other dogs. Slow introductions and consistent positive reinforcement will be key to his continued success.
