Meet Cookie!

Cookie is an affectionate and loving 1.5-year-old, 67lb girl who soaks up attention from humans and canine friends alike! We think she's a Labrador Retriever and Doberman mix with gorgeous, soulful eyes. Cookie is a super smart girl who already knows how to sit and give paw, and her food-motivated nature makes training a joy! She has an enthusiastic puppy spirit and loves to cuddle after she's burned off energy wrestling with her foster siblings. She hasn't met a dog or human she doesn't instantly befriend!

Cookie is a survivor, found after enduring devastating flooding in the Rio Grande Valley. She spent three days on her own and has overcome so much at a young age. She's now ready for a forever home filled with all the love she deserves!

Ideal Home

A home with a fenced-in yard would be wonderful for Cookie to run and play freely. A doggie sibling or plenty of opportunities for doggie playtime would be a huge bonus! Because Cookie is a big puppy who isn't always aware of her size and strength, a home without small children and cats is recommended.

Ongoing Health

Cookie is up-to-date on all her vaccinations and spayed.

Training & Support

Cookie is fully potty trained and crate trained. She has limited leash experience, but she is a wonderful listener and highly treat-motivated, so leash training should be a breeze!
