Meet Scooby! This handsome tan and white American Staffordshire blend is around 65 pounds of pure sweetness. Scooby has a gentle, affectionate personality and absolutely adores people and attention. His tail is always wagging, and his soft eyes will melt your heart. He's a calm boy who enjoys being petted and is happiest when he's close to his favorite humans. Scooby is ready to start his next chapter with a loving forever family, and he's the perfect loyal, sweet, and steady companion if that's what you're looking for.

Ideal Home

Scooby would thrive in a loving home where he can enjoy daily walks, a comfy bed for naps, and plenty of opportunities for cuddle time. He especially loves chin rubs!

Ongoing Health

Scooby is up-to-date on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. He has received basic vaccinations and deworming. A health exam and health certificate from a veterinarian will be completed within 10 days of transport.

Training & Support

Scooby is a well-behaved boy who enjoys affection. We encourage continued positive reinforcement and lots of love to help him settle into his new home.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $300, plus $50 for a health certificate and $200 for transport (for most locations). This includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip with lifetime registration, and a heartworm test.

Transportation

Scooby is currently in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state. Adoptions and meet-and-greets occur via video call. The adoption contract and fee are finalized before transport, and dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.
