Meet Fife! Fife is a 9-year-old dachshund mix weighing in at 25 lbs. This charming little guy is the definition of a gentle soul and is ready to spend his golden years soaking up love in a forever home. Fife is a laid-back boy who enjoys the simple things in life. He loves sunbathing in a cozy spot or lounging by your side. He's a big fan of treats (seriously, they're the way to his heart!) and happily keeps himself entertained with a good chew toy. His favorite place, though, is right next to you, soaking up belly rubs and snuggles.

Ideal Home

Fife is looking for a home where he can enjoy his golden years filled with love and simple pleasures. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with his foster siblings. He hasn't been tested with cats or children yet.

Ongoing Health

Fife has Addison's disease, but he's thriving! With a simple routine of a monthly Zycortal injection and a daily Prednisone pill, he stays happy and healthy. He takes his medication like a champ! Fife is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and on regular heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

This sweet boy is both crate trained and potty trained. He's great about letting you know when he needs to go outside and does best with regular potty breaks. He loves to go on walks and walks nicely on a leash.
