Cami is a female, possibly a Terrier/Lab mix, who just turned one year old on January 28th. She weighs around 30-35 pounds. Cami is a special case who needs a very loving and patient home. She is very shy and needs to feel safe and loved, but she has a sweet nature that you can see in her video. After her sister was adopted, Cami regressed into her shell, so she would benefit from a home where she can receive one-on-one attention. She does very well with other dogs and truly shines when she's around another playful dog, so a home with a resident canine companion would be ideal. The best environment for Cami would be a quiet home.
Ideal Home
Cami would do best in a quiet home with a resident, playful dog. If there are children in the home, they need to be over 14 years old. She would also benefit from a fenced yard, as she may be a flight risk initially while she is learning to trust her new family.
Ongoing Health
Cami is spayed, vaccinated (DHLPPx3, Bordetella and Rabies), has been dewormed, and is on monthly flea/tick/HW prevention. A health certificate and exam will be performed less than 10 days prior to transport.
Training & Support
Cami needs work on leash walking. She is not housebroken but does not go to the bathroom in her crate at night.

Cami is currently at a rescue in Oklahoma. Transporters are on their own schedule with dates, locations, and times, and you must be available to pick up your pet at the scheduled time. If things don't work out, Cami will return to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
