Zoe

Meet Zoe! This adorable Chihuahua mix was born around March 7, 2020, and is ready to find her forever home. Zoe is a sweet girl who has experienced a few transitions in her life, making her a bit shy at first. However, once she feels comfortable, she blossoms into a wonderfully cuddly companion. She tends to bond very closely with her favorite human, and while she can get a little anxious when they leave, she always settles down. Zoe has proven to be a responsible girl, holding it for up to six hours without any accidents and hasn't chewed anything inappropriately. She's also reliably house-trained, letting you know when she needs to go out by scratching at the door.

Ideal Home

Zoe would thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of love and attention. She has done wonderfully with a young child and appears to be generally good with dogs. However, due to some past negative interactions, she is not recommended for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Zoe is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and has been spayed. She has been dewormed and is current on flea, tick, and heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Zoe is not currently kennel trained. She is treat-motivated and playful, making her a joy to train. While she sometimes pulls on leash, she is easily redirected. She enjoys walks and loves to run off-leash in a safe, enclosed area.
