Zelda

Zelda is a steadfast, loyal, and intelligent girl born in May of 2025. She's every bit a heeler, and at 45 pounds, she's reached her full size. Zelda was rescued from a hoarding situation and is currently being fostered in Dolores, Colorado.

Even though she lost her front leg as a puppy, Zelda is a very active dog! She loves hiking, running, and playing with her friend Tux. She's even learning to swim with the help of a life jacket. Zelda is a quick learner and enjoys exploring outdoors with her humans or simply relaxing on her bed near the couch. She is house-trained, loves to ride in a car, and walks well on a leash. Zelda will make a loyal and affectionate companion. She seeks a patient and loving home where she can truly shine.
