Chance

Chance is a 3–4-year-old neutered male Catahoula mix weighing approximately 55–65 pounds. He is active, playful, and full of life. This handsome boy barely made it out of the shelter alive and is now getting the second chance he truly deserves. He rides well in the car and does not experience anxiety. Chance plays nicely with both male and female dogs who match his energy level. Cats are unknown, but due to his prey drive, a home without cats would likely be best.

Ideal Home

Chance would do well with a single person, couple, or family with school-age children. He will need a securely fenced yard and either an active family or a well-matched canine playmate to help burn off his energy. A home without cats would likely be best due to his prey drive.

Ongoing Health

Chance is heartworm negative and up to date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Chance is crate trained and very smart and eager to learn, with the potential to master anything you’re willing to teach him.
