About BRISS

Briss is a wonderfully sweet and loving 6-month-old mixed breed girl, weighing around 22lbs. She has a heart full of affection for everyone she meets and gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes, as well as cats! Despite a challenging start to life, Briss has overcome her past and is eager to shower her forever family with love and trust. She's been doing wonderfully in her foster home and has already mastered crate training and is doing well with house training. Briss also enjoys her daily walks and trips to the doggie park, and she's making great progress with leash training. She's a true gem who will undoubtedly make a fantastic family dog. Briss was rescued by a TNR volunteer who couldn't bear to see her return to the streets. She's now part of a larger rescue effort, living with many other puppies and dogs who are all patiently waiting for their loving forever homes.

Ideal Home

Briss would thrive in a home that is both quiet and active, and she is friendly with strangers. She is good with children of all ages, other dogs of all sizes, and cats.

Ongoing Health

Briss has been spayed and microchipped. She has received her vaccinations, including a rabies shot, and has tested negative for heartworm and other common issues. She is up-to-date on deworming and heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

Training & Support

Briss is crate-trained and house-trained. She is learning well with leash training. She shows no signs of food aggression, either with people or other dogs, and has no history of biting.
