Blue is a sweet, 4-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier mix who is ready for his second chance at a loving home! When Blue was surrendered back to us, he had been living outdoors with access to a garage. His skin was in rough condition, and he was understandably terrified. Now, after a couple of months of dedicated care, almost all of his hair has grown back, and he's revealed what a truly wonderful dog he is. He's learned that people can be kind and give him the love and attention he deserves. Blue is good with other dogs, though he'll need a little time to learn proper doggy social skills. He also keeps his kennel clean, which is a great indicator that housebreaking should be a breeze. Blue just needs someone to see the amazing dog he is and give him the stable, loving home he's always deserved.

Blue would do best in a home where he can continue to build his confidence and learn to interact with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Blue's skin condition has significantly improved with care, and he is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered.

Training & Support

Blue is learning to interact with other dogs and will benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement to help him develop his "dog skills." His clean kennel habits suggest he will be easy to housebreak.
