Grady

Meet Grady, a one-and-a-half-year-old sweetheart who has been waiting far too long for his forever home. Born in rescue, he’s grown up between boarding and foster care, and through it all, he’s remained an incredibly happy, loving boy. Grady may be deaf—but don’t tell him that. He’s too busy thriving, learning hand signals, and picking up routines like a pro. He’s house trained, respectful, and eager to please, making him an easy dog to love. Grady is a social butterfly who absolutely thrives with other dogs and would do best with a playful pup companion to wrestle, zoom, and nap with. He plays hard and, because he can’t hear, he doesn’t always pick up on when other animals are setting boundaries—so a well-matched, tolerant dog friend is key. Cats and small animals (including chickens) are a no for Grady. Goofy, affectionate, and full of charm, Grady brings so much joy to everyone he meets. He’s the kind of dog who will make you laugh daily and love deeply. All he needs now is someone willing to embrace his unique way of communicating and give him the home he’s been waiting his whole life for.

Ideal Home

Grady would do best with a playful, tolerant dog companion. He is not a good fit for homes with cats or small animals, including chickens.
