Hi there! I'm Twix, a 60-pound, 1-year-old Dalmatian/Lab mix with a heart full of love and a head full of smarts! My foster family calls me a playful goofball, and it's easy to see why – I absolutely love to play! I know a bunch of commands like sit, down, stay, come, paw, and touch, and I'm also house-trained. I'm still very much a puppy, so I'm looking for a family who will help me continue to learn and grow. I walk nicely on a leash, but I also adore running around and playing freely, so a fenced yard would be amazing! My two favorite things in the world are playtime and treats – I enjoy both with my toys and my doggy friends. I currently live with three foster dog siblings and think I could do well in a home with another dog, but I also wouldn't mind being the center of attention! If you're a fan of snuggles, I'm your guy – I love to cuddle up on the couch with my humans. After some morning play and a walk, I'm happy to nap or play with my toys while my foster parents work from home. I can be a little shy when meeting new people or visiting new places, but with tasty treats and positive attention, I warm up quickly! Because I'm a larger pup with plenty of puppy energy, I'd be best suited for a home without small children. I can't wait to meet my forever family!

I'm a smart cookie who already knows many commands and am house-trained! I'm eager to continue learning and would benefit from ongoing training to help me grow into the best dog I can be. I can be a little nervous in new situations, so positive reinforcement and patience will go a long way!
