Dragonfly

Meet Dragonfly! This stunning 1-year-old Husky mix is a bundle of love and fun, ready to find her forever home. Dragonfly arrived with her sister after an unexpected litter, and she was quite shy at first. But thanks to her wonderful foster family, her true personality has blossomed! She's a smart cookie who's mastered house training and is a joy to have around. Dragonfly is a dream on walks, sticking close by her person's side and even naturally heeling. She's got a serious love for her ball – she's even been seen throwing it for herself! Prepare for bursts of pure joy when she gets the zoomies; it's a sight to behold. While she was initially unsure of her foster dad, she now seeks him out for belly rubs and affection, showing just how much she trusts and loves.

Ideal Home

Dragonfly would thrive in a home with teenagers and older children. She is a bit nervous around very young children, but with daily improvements, she's gaining confidence.

Ongoing Health

Dragonfly is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Dragonfly is housetrained and walks beautifully on a leash. She prefers her own space during mealtimes and is curious about cats but learns quickly to leave them be when redirected. She has made incredible progress with men and is very affectionate.

Transporation

Dragonfly is located in South Carolina. We provide transport to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new family member. Virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
