Root Beer Float is a 4-year-old, 53 lb Bully breed blend who is as sweet as his name! This chocolate-colored pittie is a goofy, friendly guy who loves his toys and playtime in the yard. He's a smart cookie, too, and knows basic commands like "sit," which he mostly associates with a tasty treat! Root Beer Float was found left at the shelter gate in a crate, but he's ready to find a forever home where he can truly shine.

Ideal Home

Root Beer Float would thrive in an active home with humans who understand his needs. He's great with other dogs of similar or larger size (no small dogs) and respectful older children (10+). He's not a good fit for homes with cats or other small animals.

Root Beer Float is vaccinated, altered, and micro-chipped.

Training & Support

Root Beer Float can have food resource guarding issues, so it's important that food or treats are not involved in playtime. We recommend a round of positive reinforcement training classes to help address this. He is house, leash, and crate trained.
