Janet

Janet is the ultimate couch potato companion! This sweet little Staffy mix is one of the most chill, laid-back dogs you'll ever meet. Her favorite pastimes include greeting you with wiggles, lounging on the couch, soaking up the sun on the porch, rolling in the grass, and staring deeply into your eyes. She's a low-energy girl who doesn't demand much, and she'll let you know when she needs to go outside, usually only twice a day. Janet can be shy at first, but with a little love and patience, she trusts and opens up quickly. She's been doing well with another dog in her foster home, slowly learning to play and gaining confidence. Janet is a gentle soul with a lot of love to give.

Janet is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment. She will be ready for her forever home once her treatment is complete.

Training & Support

Janet is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash without pulling. She is also non-destructive when left alone and is generally quiet. She is learning to play with other dogs and is gaining confidence.
