Max

Max is a handsome 5-year-old, 119lb male dog who is ready to find his forever home! While he likes to explore on his own at the shelter, we think he'll really blossom in a home environment once he's had time to decompress. He's a smart cookie who already knows "sit"!

Ideal Home

Max would do best in a mature home. Young, noisy, or busy children can be a bit overwhelming for him. He also tends to be a bit of a linebacker with other dogs, so he'll likely thrive with a select group of dog friends who enjoy a similar rough-and-tumble play style. A dog introduction is required to ensure a good fit.

Ongoing Health

Max has been neutered and is up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Max is learning to be more socially aware with other dogs, and a dog introduction is required. He loves his walks and does best with a harness.
