Oona is a sweet and affectionate puppy with a bright future! She was born to Molly after her rescue journey began, and now she and her siblings are ready for their forever homes. Oona is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people and making new friends. She has a gentle temperament and a loving personality that shines through in everything she does. Oona is playful, curious, and eager to be part of the action, making her a wonderful companion for families prepared for the joys and responsibilities of puppyhood. As a young puppy, she is a blank slate with endless potential, and her future family will play an important role in helping her grow into a confident, well-mannered adult dog through positive training, socialization, patience, and consistency. In return, she will gain a loyal companion and devoted best friend for years to come.

Ideal Home

Oona would thrive in a home that is prepared for the joys and responsibilities of puppyhood. She can potentially live in an apartment if provided with appropriate exercise.

Oona is not yet spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

Oona is working on housetraining and crate training. She is not yet exposed to walking on a leash. As a puppy, she will chew, especially when teething, and will need to be redirected and provided with safe teething chews. While her flight risk is unknown, all dogs should be treated as a flight risk until they are bonded with their owners.

Transportation

Oona is currently located in Manitoba. She will travel to the Niagara Region once an appropriate adopter or local foster is found.
