Poppy a.k.a. Poppikins

Meet Poppy, a delightful 2-year-old American Staffy mix weighing 56lbs, with an estimated birthday of May 6, 2022. Poppy's journey began in hardship; she and her puppies were found abandoned, facing immense challenges before being rescued from an overcrowded shelter's euthanasia list. Thankfully, she was given a second chance and is now a gentle, loving soul ready for a secure and loving forever home. Poppy's eyes hold a depth of gratitude, and her affectionate nature makes her a wonderfully calming presence.

Ideal Home

Poppy would thrive in a home where she can be close to her people, enjoying quiet nights and peaceful strolls. She is good with children and would likely be a loving addition to a family. Poppy also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would likely do well in a home with canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Poppy is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed.

Training & Support

Poppy has wonderful manners and is a well-behaved companion. She is kennel and potty trained, and while she enjoys her toys, she is not destructive. She takes treats gently and explores her surroundings at a leisurely pace during walks.
