Cash is a handsome 5-year-old Shar Pei mix who weighs around 70 pounds. He was found alone and afraid, trembling in the cold. Despite his fear, he waited, hoping someone would stop for him. His sad eyes told a story of hardship, but his heart longed for love and a place to belong. It took a gentle hand and patience to gain his trust, and thanks to his foster mom, Esmeralda Vela, Cash is starting to open up and show his true, loving nature. He gets along well with other dogs, and while he's made great progress, he'll need a patient and caring family to help him feel completely secure and loved.
