Roo is a smart and spirited Cattle Dog mix who is ready to find her perfect match! She has all the incredible traits that make heelers so amazing – she's loyal, eager to be involved in everything you do, and always ready for the next adventure. Roo is estimated to be 4 months old and weighs 19lbs as of July 10th.

Ideal Home

Roo needs an experienced Cattle Dog owner who understands the physical and mental exercise this breed requires. She is not a good fit for first-time dog owners or apartment living; she requires an active lifestyle with plenty of exercise and enrichment, preferably with a fenced yard. Roo would absolutely thrive in a home with another playful dog who can match her energy, as a canine companion helps keep her engaged and gives her an outlet for play.

Training & Support

Roo is mostly house-trained and fully crate-trained. While she isn't a fan of going into her crate, she settles down quickly once inside.
