Patrick

Patrick's past may always be a bit of a mystery since he came to us as a stray, but one thing is certain -- he deserves a bright future. ❤️ Patrick has been with us since February, and we have spent months helping him learn that people can be kind and that life can be safe and fun. When he first arrived, he was so terrified of human touch that he would urinate if someone tried to pet him. Watching him slowly come out of his shell has been incredibly rewarding. He is still a timid boy, but the progress he has made is amazing. Patrick absolutely loves other dogs, and they help give him confidence and comfort. At just under a year old and around 65 pounds, Patrick is still very much a baby learning how to navigate the world. He has completed all of his vetting and is finally ready to begin the search for the patient, loving home he deserves. Patrick needs a family willing to give him time, understanding, and lots of encouragement -- and in return, you'll get to watch an incredible transformation unfold. ❤️
