Meet Rocky, a charming 2-year-old who has already experienced more loneliness than any dog should. He was discovered in the scorching Texas heat, confined to a cage on an apartment balcony with a Chihuahua, enduring long days without companionship or understanding of the world. Rocky didn't choose this life, but despite his past, his heart remains full of love.

Now safe at our sanctuary, Rocky is finally experiencing life to its fullest. He cherishes being part of a pack, relishes his freedom to run, and soaks up every moment of attention. He greets everyone with enthusiasm, trust, and a hopeful spirit. We're heartbroken that Rocky continues to be overlooked, despite his loving nature and readiness for a forever home. He truly deserves to be seen and chosen. Through it all, Rocky's belief in his person remains, someone who will cherish him and never leave him behind again. He's waited long enough!
