Okra is an adorable 8-week-old Black Lab mix who is enjoying all the love and comfort of foster life while she patiently waits for the family she's meant to call her own. Okra came to us from one of our rural shelter partners with her two siblings after they found themselves in need of a second chance. We're so grateful we were able to welcome this precious trio into our rescue and help them begin their journey to forever homes. This little girl is full of puppy charm! She's playful, affectionate, curious, and always eager to explore the world around her. Whether she's carrying around her favorite toy, wrestling with her siblings, or curling up for a cozy nap after a busy day of adventures, Okra has a way of making everyone smile. Like any young puppy, she's learning all the important puppy basics. She's making great progress with crate training and house training and is growing more confident every day. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she'll blossom into an amazing lifelong companion.
