Penny is a pretty, friendly, easygoing 1-year-old mixed-breed dog weighing 48 pounds. Her possible heritage includes Basset Hound, Black Lab, and perhaps Dachshund, though her exact breed mix is uncertain. She is playful, affectionate, and enjoys spending time with people and other dogs.

Ideal Home

Penny would thrive with an active family or another dog to keep her company. She enjoys walks, rides calmly in the car, and loves curling up beside her people after playtime. She has lived with four children.

Because Penny can clear a 4-foot fence, she needs a secure 6-foot fence, a tie-out, or a family committed to regular walks for potty breaks. She is housetrained when let out regularly.
