Penny

Penny is a lovely 1-year-old mixed breed, weighing in at 48 pounds. While her exact breed mix is a mystery, we're pretty sure a delightful combination of Basset Hound, Black Lab, and maybe even a touch of Dachshund has created a truly wonderful dog! Penny has a sweet, easygoing nature that makes her a joy to be around. She's playful and affectionate, getting along famously with kids and other dogs, making her an excellent choice for a family looking for a furry friend.

Ideal Home

Penny enjoys an active lifestyle and would be happiest in a home with another playful canine companion or a family who can dedicate time to engaging her with fun activities. She also loves to snuggle up with her people after playtime, so a home that appreciates quiet cuddle time would be purrfect. Because Penny can jump a 4' fence, a secure 6' fence, a tie-out, or a family committed to regular walks for potty breaks is essential.

Penny is fully vetted and microchipped and is ready to join her new family in good health.

• We will contact your vet and conduct a home visit prior to adoption.
• Beagles r Us offers a trial run option to ensure a good fit.
• The adoption fee is $250 after a successful trial run. All fees and donations go toward caring for the animals we help.
