Hi there! I'm Scout, a 1-year-old, 40-lb Lab mix with a heart full of love and a wagging tail ready for adventure! I've been patiently waiting for my forever family for what feels like a long time, but I know they're out there, and I'm so excited to meet them! I'm the ultimate companion, whether you're looking for an adventure buddy to explore new trails, a playmate for fun in the yard, or simply a loyal friend to share life's moments with. I'm a happy, energetic boy who thrives on activity and making memories with my people.

More than anything, I love being part of a family. I'm great with kids and have the sweetest, most affectionate personality. After a day of play, I'm happiest snuggling up with my humans. I'm also a social butterfly who enjoys the company of other dogs and has made many furry friends. I even handled a busy adoption event with lots of people and dogs like a champ! A few more things that make me a great catch: I'm potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. I love toys, chew bones, and playing outside. And, I have a funny little habit – I like to lay down while I eat, because I believe snacks are best enjoyed when you're comfy! I'm young, eager to learn, and have so much love to give.
