Once a scrawny and scared pup, Otis has blossomed into a healthy love-bug who knows how to enjoy the good life. This sweet guy is the perfect blend of mellow and playful. He's a snuggle king who loves curling up in the A/C for a cozy nap, but he also enjoys joyful bursts of zoomies that will keep you laughing. Otis is a professional gazer with loving looks and tail wags that could melt any heart. He's also an independent chewer who will happily entertain himself with a good chew toy. Otis loves people of all ages, and he's living proof that perfection comes with four paws and a wagging tail!
