Hachiya

Hachiya is a sweet, shy girl who has made incredible progress in her foster home. She's still a bit timid, especially with loud noises and large objects, but with a patient and understanding person, she's learning to trust and her playful personality is shining through. Hachiya is very treat-motivated, which has been a fantastic tool in building her confidence. She absolutely adores her 14-year-old Chihuahua foster sibling and enjoys daily play sessions, having learned to play gently despite their size difference. She's become more active and loves to run and burn off energy in the yard. Hachiya is fully potty-trained, dog-friendly, and already knows several commands like "sit," "lay down," "belly," and "wait." She is a sensitive soul who will make a deeply rewarding companion for the right home.
