Hi there! My name is Crackle, and I'm a four-month-old boy with a mostly black coat and the most adorable white mask on my nose. I also have a mix of clear and black nails, and I was a trooper when my foster mom trimmed them because they were getting a bit sharp!
My foster mom says I'm a smart cookie. While my brother is a fetch enthusiast, I prefer a more strategic approach, waiting for him to bring the toy back before making my move. But I'm learning to share! I absolutely love my Nylabone, but my favorite pastime is cuddling up next to my foster mom. If you're looking for a snuggle buddy, I'm your guy!
I'm making great progress with potty training, not having had any accidents in the house for about four days! Crate training is a breeze too – I go in for bedtime with a little encouragement and don't make a peep once I'm inside. I am a little shy and timid, so it takes me a moment to warm up to new things, but once I do, I'm all confidence! Take stairs, for example – I was hesitant at first, but now I bound up them like a pro! I do have a little bit of separation anxiety, so I'm working on learning that my foster mom always comes back. I also have a tendency to let out little whiny tantrums when my brother gets too close while I'm trying to sleep. While I'm a bit timid, I do bark when I hear someone nearby or see someone outside, but we're working on that.

I'm working on not taking toys from my brother, managing separation anxiety, and reducing barking at unfamiliar sights and sounds. I'm also learning to take treats gently and wait for an "OK" before eating. I'm a smart boy and eager to learn!
