Hooligan

Everyone, meet Hooligan! This sweet hound mix boy will steal your shoes and then your heart! He's a fun pup with personality for miles. Hooligan is a great pup who loves everyone he meets, including the household dogs, cats, and kids in his foster home. At 9 months old and under 30#, we think he is the perfect size for travel, sitting on the couch, or eating popcorn and watching a movie. He is already learning about "sit" and "lay down" and is nearly perfect with housebreaking! Just like Tigger, though, he does like to "bounce" and "flounce" and "pounce," so we are working on that.

Ideal Home

A fenced yard would be best to keep Hooligan safe and give him room to play! He may be best in a home with children over 5 years old, as he can be a bit much for younger ones due to his tendency to jump up.

Ongoing Health

Hooligan has had his initial vet check, is current on vaccines, dewormings, and prescription flea and tick medications. He has also been neutered.

Training & Support

We are working on his "bounce" and "flounce" and "pounce" behavior. He is nearly perfect with housebreaking. We recommend taking him to your current vet to be established after adoption.

Transporation

Hooligan is located in Adams, NY. Foster to adopt pets are limited to an 80-mile radius of Adams, NY, and pets must be taken to our vet's office for care until adoption. All pets must be viewed in person by all family members prior to adoption; animals will not be shipped to their new homes. Dogs in the home must come to the meet and greet as well.
