Nico

Nico is a 1-year-old Shih Tzu mix, weighing around 12 pounds. He arrived at the shelter in a sad state, severely matted and clearly neglected. It's evident he once had a loving home, but sadly, he was surrendered when the responsibilities of pet ownership became too much. Despite his past, Nico remains an absolutely wonderful little dog. He's sweet, gentle, playful, and incredibly affectionate. He loves being around people, thrives on attention, and shows a warm, trusting nature, which is truly heartwarming given everything he's endured. He's currently a little underweight but with proper care and love, he'll quickly gain his strength and flourish. Nico has the special ability to quietly capture someone's entire heart; he's loyal, loving, and will always be happiest by your side. He truly deserves a family who will cherish and care for him, and in return, he promises to give endless love.
