Betty (Bernie and Betty)

Betty and Bernie are a bonded pair of 8-year-old siblings, each weighing less than 20 pounds. These sweet pups clearly love each other and enjoy taking care of one another by grooming each other's faces. They are crate trained and sleep soundly in their crates, provided they can see each other. Draping a sheet over both crates helps them settle in for the night by blocking out distractions. Betty and Bernie are affectionate with people and have shown to be good with cats. They've also adjusted wonderfully to the other small dogs in their foster home and still enjoy their daily walks to explore the world. They are up-to-date on vaccines and are ready to spend their golden years surrounded by love. Betty and Bernie were the cherished companions of an elderly gentleman who had to move into memory care and could no longer provide them with the care they deserve.
