Betty

Betty is a sweet, senior Basset Hound mix with a heart of gold! She's estimated to be between 8-10 years old and weighs around 45 pounds, though the vet thinks she'd do well a bit heavier. Betty was found as a stray and thankfully rescued by some compassionate individuals who fostered her. She's a loving companion who enjoys leisurely walks, car rides, and cuddling with her people. Betty is crate and potty trained, and she's up to date on her vaccinations and has been spayed. Her adoption fee has been sponsored!

Ideal Home

Betty would thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention. She would do best in a home without cats, and while she's great with kids aged 6 and up, she hasn't been tested with younger children. She has some difficulty with stairs, so a home with fewer or easier-to-navigate stairs would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Betty is up to date on all her vaccinations and has been spayed. She is currently using a "slow" feeder dish to help manage her eating habits.

Training & Support

Betty is already crate trained and potty trained! She is very food and treat motivated, which makes training a breeze.
