RESCUE #: 2026-02-28-01 BIO: Malorie came to us pregnant from an oops encounter with another pure bred male but she has seen her puppies off to wonderful homes and now its her turn. She has been spayed, had a dental and all her shots. This girl is a sweetie. Shes a little shy at first but warms up and just wants to be loved. She would be fine with another adult, small dog or by herself if you worked from home or very newly retired. This is not a couch potato. She likes walks and playing so dont apply if you just want someone to sit with you on the couch. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshunds back or get bitten.
