Niko

Hi there! My name is Niko, and I'm a handsome, 3.5-year-old, 72-pound Black Labrador Retriever mix with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure! I was rescued from doggy death row, and now I'm ready to find my forever family. I absolutely adore water – if there's a chance to swim, sign me up! I'm young at heart and enjoy playing with toys and chew bones. I'm also quite the explorer, so nose work games would be right up my alley!

Ideal Home

I'd be happiest in a home with a nice fenced yard where I can safely explore and soak up the sunshine. A cat-free home would be best, as I tend to get a bit too excited around our feline friends. I'm great with other dogs, especially puppies! I'm also a bit nervous in busy public places like stores, but I'd love to go hiking or camping and explore wide-open spaces with you!

I'm all up-to-date on my core vaccinations and have been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

I'm a well-behaved boy who enjoys snuggling with my people. I'm not super food-motivated, but I'm affectionate and ready to be your best friend!
