Happy

Happy is a 1-year-old, 27lb female Boston mix who is as outgoing as they come! She loves everyone she meets and is ready for a lifetime of adventures with her forever family. Happy enjoys playing fetch, going on long walks, and chewing on sticks. When she's not exploring the outdoors, she's happy to cuddle up with her favorite person for some quiet time.

Ideal Home

Happy loves to play, so a fenced yard would be a bonus, but it's not a requirement as long as she is kept on leash. Since she does jump and has had limited experience with children, any kids in the home should be at least 6 years old.

Ongoing Health

Happy has a sensitive stomach, and her adopter may need to work with a vet to find a special diet that works for her. She has been spayed and vaccinated and is otherwise healthy.

Training & Support

Happy can be a bit of a leash puller, especially when excited by squirrels, so she will need some basic leash training to make walks more enjoyable. She is mostly housebroken but will need continued reinforcement, and she does require a midday break if left alone for more than a few hours.
