Francis

Francis is ready for her third chance at a happy life! She's a 7-year-old, 70-pound Pit Bull mix with a goofy personality and the biggest heart. Francis was adopted in 2021 but sadly found herself back at the shelter, painfully thin with a leg tumor. Thankfully, she received the care she needed and is now healed, eager for the fresh start she deserves. She's a total "house hippo" who loves to cuddle and be close to her people. Francis gets along well with dogs of all sizes, though she can be a bit dominant and may offer corrections when needed.

Ideal Home

Francis is looking for a loving home that will cherish her forever. She needs a strong kennel, as she can be an escape artist, and may have occasional accidents if left alone for too long.

Ongoing Health

Francis has been spayed, is up to date on vaccinations, and is microchipped. She previously had a tumor on her leg that has been treated.

Training & Support

Francis is potty trained, kennel trained, and very food motivated, making her eager to learn. A patient owner who can provide consistent training will help her thrive.
