Daffodil

Meet Daffodil! This sweet girl, along with her possible sibling Buttercup, came to us as a stray and was never claimed. Daffodil is a bit more reserved and cautious than Buttercup at first, but she blossoms into a loving and friendly companion once she feels comfortable. She weighs about 10 pounds and is believed to be a year old or younger.

Ideal Home

Daffodil would likely do well in a home that can offer her patience as she warms up.

Ongoing Health

Daffodil was recently diagnosed with a grade 4 heart murmur. We are currently having an ultrasound performed to gather more information. She has been dewormed and received her first round of vaccinations. She is scheduled for a spay appointment on May 13th, at which time she will also be heartworm tested and microchipped.

Training & Support

Daffodil is not yet house-trained. As she is a bit shy initially, a home that can provide gentle guidance and positive reinforcement will be key to her success.
